I offer a relaxed and fun interaction with students which results in beautiful and natural portraits. A soft approach with a simple background, beautiful soft light and unforced poses and smiles results in a clean and classic school portrait that will withstand the test of time.

In addition to a fun and easy going photography experience, I aim to provide schools with an easy viewing and ordering process. I offer complete online operation and I handle all questions from parents and families regarding orders. Each child will receive 3-5 images in a password protected online gallery. Orders are placed online and delivered straight to your school. No more lost order forms and forgotten prints crumpled at the bottom of backpacks and cubbies.
EASY
No more order forms or handling money. Viewing pictures and ordering is all done online. All communication before and after picture day is handled by Stacey and all parent questions are directed to and answered by Stacey Still Photography.

Really, there is no wrong time to schedule your school’s photo day! Fall, Spring, or both!
Turn around time
From picture day to print delivery, it takes 4-6 weeks, depending on school size.

What is the cost for our school to use your services?
There is actually no cost to you, the school. In fact, I love giving back to the schools I work with! Through donations, or fundraisers, let’s find out what works best for your school. I will also provide the school with a digital file of all students and staff to be used in memory books, advertising, etc.
What is the cost for the families?
There is no obligation to purchase. My rates are competitive and nothing is due up front. I offer Collections starting at $20 and a la cart ordering so parents can order the prints that they wish. A la cart rates start at just $12. Contact me if you’d like a complete price sheet.
I also provide boutique product choices such as canvas gallery wraps and digital images for future printing and archiving.
How do parents make payments?
My entire system is online. I offer an online gallery grouped by class, grade, home room or however the school wishes to group the portraits. These galleries can be password protected. Your school does not have to worry about printed proofs, order forms or handling money because everything is done online. If other arrangements need to be made, I will work with the school to find a solution that works for us all.
Where are the portraits taken?
I really only need a 6x10 foot indoor space to set up. This can be discussed in detail when I come to tour your school prior to picture day.
