Hello Bright Horizon of San Clemente Families!


I’m so excited to share these pictures with you! My goal is to catch a glimpse of these fun personalities in the couple of minutes I spend with them.

Part of my goal for photo day is to provide a fun and stress free experience for the school and more importantly, your child! If I’m sensing that a child is just not having it, then I will not force the issue. This is especially important with young preschoolers… like toddlers, who could be experiencing picture day for the first time!

TEACHERS WILL BE PASSING OUT THE QR CODE SHEETS SOON, MAKE SURE YOU GET YOURS!

Simply scan the QR code on your sheet or go to www.staceystillphotography.gotphoto.com and enter the access code found on your QR code sheet. Did you receive more than one QR code sheet? (do you have more than one child at the school?) You can enter each access code you have, one at a time, so you can see all of your children's images in one place.

All orders made before April 3rd will receive 10% off.

Please note that this is different than what the QR code sheet states.


Ordering prints? You can skip the shipping fee by having your order sent directly to the school by selecting “ship to establishment”. Your order will be batched with other orders and then delivered to the school together.

  • The batch order deadline is Friday, April 10th.

  • After April 10th you may still purchase prints, but you will pay a shipping fee (approx. $7) and the order will be delivered directly to you.

    The school’s gallery will archive on April 19th. Ordering will be closed after this date.

School Photo Ordering FAQ

I have more than one child, can I combine orders?
Yes! Each child has their own gallery, but you can add products from multiple galleries to your cart before checking out. Once you’ve logged into one of your child’s galleries, you can add your other child’s access code to be able to see both albums.

SIBLINGS - Do you offer sibling discounts?
My pricing has a built in “buy more, save more” pricing that helps families with siblings get the best value. The more photos you choose, the better the price becomes—so you can enjoy both individual and sibling portraits without feeling like you have to pick just one. There is also a 20% discount on any order over $250. (great if you are wanting an additional discount when purchasing all digital images in multiple galleries)

Why are digitals more expensive than prints?
A print is one copy of your photo. A digital file, on the other hand, gives you unlimited copies. Once you own the file (you will receive a print release with your order), you can print it at any size, as many times as you want, and share it however you like. Here are some fun ideas on how to use your digitals as photo gifts.
This is why digitals are priced higher, they hold all the future printing possibilities in one file.

What print sizes and products can I order?
I offer popular print sizes like 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14 and wallets, as well as wall art and specialty gifts (magnets, keychains.. etc.). You’ll see all options in your gallery. Looking for a different size? Let me know and we can definitely work something out.

How will my order be delivered?
Print orders can be shipped directly to your home. Or, if you purchase your print order before the batch order deadline mentioned above, they will be delivered to the school.
Digital files are delivered instantly via email download after purchase.

Can I share my child’s gallery with grandparents or relatives?
Of course! You’re welcome to share the gallery link, and they can order their own favorites directly.

What if I miss the ordering deadline?
Don’t worry, late orders are still possible. Just know they may have extra shipping costs and take a little longer to arrive.

Do you offer retouching?
All images are edited for color and exposure. If your child came with a scratch, bruise, or runny nose, light retouching may be available on request. Please note that I usually do not remove things that may be a scratch or scrape, because sometimes they’re actually birth marks, moles or freckles that I mistook for a something else. If you notice something you’d like to be removed, please let me know BEFORE you order so that I can retouch and replace the image(s) in your gallery.

What if I need help with my order?
I’m happy to help! Just reach out via the contact info in your gallery email and we’ll make sure you get everything you need.
