Boutique School Portraits

What is Boutique School Portraits?

Simply put, Boutique School Portraits is a newer, more custom school portrait. I strive to capture children more candidly than ever before with photographs that capture who they truly are. Smiles are never forced (leave that "cheese" for the crackers). Instead, my goal is to bring out their unique and beautiful personalities. In return, parents are presented with genuine and timeless portraits that are far from the traditional cheesy school portraits we’ve all become accustomed to.

What is the cost for our school to use your services?

There is actually no cost to you, the school. In fact, I donate 10% of my earnings to your school, so let's make this a fundraising opportunity! I will also provide the school with all digital files to be used in memory books, advertising, etc.

What does it cost for the families?

There is no obligation to purchase. My rates are competitive and nothing is due up front.  I offer a la cart ordering so parents can order the prints that they wish, however packages can be designed for schools if that is what the schools desire. A la cart rates start at just $10. I also provide boutique product choices such as canvas gallery wraps and digital images for future printing and archiving.

How do parents make payments?

My entire system is online. I offer an online gallery grouped by class, grade, home room or however the school wishes to group the portraits. These galleries are password protected. Your school does not have to worry about printed proofs, order forms or handling money because everything is done online. If other arrangements need to be made, I will work with the school to find a solution that works for us all.

Where do you take your school portraits?

I prefer to shoot outdoors and under a canopy or a hallway at your school. However, I can also shoot indoors near a very large window if there is one available and out of the way of foot traffic. This can be discussed in detail prior to booking.

How long does the whole process take?

After we shoot the pictures, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks (depending on the size of your school) before online galleries are released to the parents. Parents will then have 1 week to order. Once all orders are in, products will begin to arrive 1-2 weeks later. I will personally deliver all of the products to the school, unless the parents note otherwise.

I am located in Mission Viejo, CA and serve all of Orange County. If you're interested in bringing Boutique School Portraits by Stacey Still Photography to your school, please have an administrator contact me by filling out the Contact Form. I look forward to working with your school!

What schools are saying

The Open School hosted Stacey Still Photography as our school photographer this year, and I’m still hearing rave reviews from our parents. They are so excited to have lively, beautiful photos of their children to give as gifts to their family. These aren’t your typical staged school portraits. Stacey captures the essence of each child and honors their uniqueness. I witnessed her work hard for authentic smiles, and her work paid off. Stacey Still Photography will become the official school photographer for us. Hopefully she doesn’t get too big for us!

You must have Stacey Still Photography come to your school! LPPP was excited to have Stacey Still Photography capture our student’s images this year. Stacey was a wonderful mix of professional, fun, and authentic. She respected each child’s personality and established a sense of connection and trust with each of them. Her dedication brought forth each child’s natural wonder and unique essence in the photographs. LPPP believes that children shine with unlimited potential, and Stacey was able to catch a glimmer of this in each student’s eyes. Our parents were excited to receive the photos and spoke highly of the results. Thank you, Stacey, we appreciate you!
